My exchange experience in Guadalajara was amazing! I had the opportunity to study at ITESO, a beautiful and green campus. Sunny and Carmen helped me and a friend find a nice place to live. They listened to our needs and found us a good spot. It was nice that everything was taken care of before we arrived.
Studying abroad is a wonderful opportunity to learn a lot professionally and personally. Thereby, I got to explore the beautiful places and rich culture of Mexico. The people are so warm and welcoming, and the diversity of the country is beautiful. Overall, fell in love with Mexico!
At first, I didn’t know what to expect when I was told I was going to study in Mexico. A new culture, new language and so on. Since I knew nothing about the culture and the city, it was very nice to have guidance from people who have experience with this.
I experienced my period as something I will never forget. This is therefore also the reason why I did not want to go back after 1 semester and why I have now added a 2nd semester. I definitely recommend taking this step abroad. You will make memories that last for a lifetime.
